- We also arrange interview venues in the applicants' home countries and assist selected candidates with preliminary medical checks and documentation based on the client's criteria. The documents are then forwarded to the employer company for job offers.
- Once the candidates receive job offers, we guide them through the signing process and send the signed offers along with pre-medical certificates to the client for visa processing.
- We also prepare the candidates' travel documents for deployment after visa issuance and completion of deployment formalities.
- We arrange orientation and induction classes for the applicants before onboarding and deploy them according to the employer company's timeline.
