Qualification

  • Must has experience in same field.
  • BA/BCom/BBA degree or Higher national diploma (HND) in any subject
  • 5 years Preferable in supervisory role of food products in Qatar market OR 10 years in field sales of Fresh Vegetables / perishable food products.
  • CRM skills – Connected with respective business heads of different customer segments in Qatar Vegetable market.
  • Team management skills.
  • Territory management – Development of existing and potential customer segments.
  • Presentation skills – Office software knowledge, data management, records, and presentation.

Summary

The incumbent of this role’s primary purpose is to be responsible for Supervision of Sales team and product sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and coordinate sales team schedules.
  • Research potential leads through fieldwork as well as by exploring digital resources like business directories, web searches and social media.
  • Supervise, guide and train existing sales team as well as new recruits.
  • Receive and report on all sales leads.
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Work with sales team when closing sales, Monitor Customer sales as well as receivables.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Supervise and leverage sales quotas and goals between management and sales team members.
  • Supervise sales team in procurement of all legally required documents like security cheque, signed Credit application, CR Copy and relevant documents in order to leverage new customer credit account opening process.

Salary Package as per candidates experience and negotiation – Average QAR 12,000.
