Joinery Draftsman

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Having a minimum 6 – 8 years of Joinery shop drawing preparation with a good
   understanding of:
   Timers, Veneers, Laminates (Specs and thicknesses)
   Hardware and Ironmongery and how they work (Hinges, drawer runners, …etc.)
2. Be able to read the architectural/ IFC drawing and use it generate Joinery
   production drawings. (please refer to the attached package).
3. Be able to read architectural and interior Specification and to encode the
   materials & emp elements accordingly to production drawing.
4. To be able to work with a minimum supervision, however a guidance and a clear
   instruction will be provided at the assignment of each task.
5. Very capable in handling the software (CAD 2D).
6. Microsoft office knowledge.
7. Should be able to give final Production Drawings.
8. Detail Knowledge and experience in selection of materials like type of wood, type
   of laminates and coding materials.
9. Well experienced with Joinery Hardware and Ironmongery like Hinges (types of
   Hinges), accessories of door, Seals, push plates, kick plates, Drawer Runners
   (all types).
10. Able to coordinate with production site team for instructions.

Experience 8-10 years of experience in Joinery Field only.

Eligibility Valid QID.

Duration 6 months and extendable.

Salary 6000 QAR (Full package).
