Experience Required
- 5 years in Oil and Gas field.
- Grinding and coating experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, operate, and maintain all specialist tools and equipment required for HVOF coating operations.
- Experience in Grinding the pipes aligning with coating.
- Experience in handling Coating thick, pull test, addition test, vernier, Micrometer telescopic gauges, etc.
- Prepare and clean surfaces for coating by degreasing or baking to remove oil or grease contamination.
- Mask off as required and abrasive blast and inspect and confirm surface texture meets specification.
