JOB PURPOSE:
To conduct in-house research and analysis on investment opportunities and advise on portfolio construction and analysis with solid written and oral presentation skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare business valuations using multiple approaches, including income (DCF), market and asset.
- Develop complex financial models for valuation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct global market and industry research.
- Participate in building business plans, proposals, and formal presentations.
- Maintain communication with third parties (including target companies / other investors/investment advisors who approach HFC regularly)
- Buy-side M&A deals including project management, due diligence, and valuation.
INVOLVED IN:
- sourcing new investment opportunities
- analysis of commodities’ markets and specific opportunities
- financial modeling and valuation
- deal transactions, including financial due diligence and project management.
- deal closing mechanisms.
QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL/MINIMUM
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
DESIRABLE
- MBA
- CFA Charter holder
