MAIN DUTIES:

  • Handling desserts preparation
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
  • Following Food Safety procedures
  • Expiry dates checking
  • Opening / Closing procedures
  • Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
  • SHARP team member profile (Service First – High Energy –Appreciative – Respectful – Passionate)
  • Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Order, receive, stock supplies or retail products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years and above experience in same position / Kitchen staff. Gulf experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills. English Language is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure with the busy flow of customers.
  • Adapts to changes and fast learner.
  • Effective team-player with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
  • Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
