MAIN DUTIES:
- Handling desserts preparation
- Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
- Following Food Safety procedures
- Expiry dates checking
- Opening / Closing procedures
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- SHARP team member profile (Service First – High Energy –Appreciative – Respectful – Passionate)
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Order, receive, stock supplies or retail products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years and above experience in same position / Kitchen staff. Gulf experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills. English Language is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure with the busy flow of customers.
- Adapts to changes and fast learner.
- Effective team-player with good attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
- Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
